Please join us this event, Professor Tim Webster will outline the Trump Administration's legal response to China, and how US policy towards China might change under a Biden Administration. Tim Webster is a law professor at Western New England University. Previously he was Professor of Transnational Law and Director of Asian Legal Studies at Case Western Reserve University. During his tenure at Case, Professor Webster -- along with colleagues from Southwest University of Political Science and Law -- founded the Joint Program in International Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution. This is the first joint degree program that the Chinese government recognized with a U.S. law school. He has published widely, presented his research in four languages on four continents, and received awards for his teaching, research, and service.
